Are Vittoré shoes made from genuine leather?
Yes. Every pair is crafted from 100% genuine leather for the upper, lining, and sole, as detailed in each product’s material specifications.
Can I wear these shoes for everyday or office use?
Yes. Vittoré shoes and boots are designed for versatility and are suitable for daily office wear, business settings, and smart-casual occasions.
Are these shoes suitable for weddings and formal events?
Yes. Our formal styles are designed for weddings, business settings, formal gatherings, and other special occasions.
Do you offer half sizes, or what if I’m between sizes?
Vittoré shoes are currently available in whole sizes only (EU 39–46).
If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. Genuine leather naturally molds and relaxes slightly with wear, while a tight-fitting shoe will not significantly increase in size.
A thin insole or slightly thicker socks can also help provide a more secure fit if you have a little extra room.
How do I choose the right size?
Please measure your foot and compare the measurement with our size chart before placing your order. Since our shoes are available in whole sizes only, carefully checking the size chart is important before purchasing.
Can I exchange my shoes if I order the wrong size?
Currently, size-based returns or exchanges are not available. We strongly recommend checking our size chart carefully before placing your order.
Our return and replacement policy applies only to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to the requirements outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
How do I care for my leather shoes?
Wipe your shoes with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove dust and moisture. Use a suitable leather conditioner or polish periodically to keep the leather conditioned.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water and allow your shoes to rest between wears. Using a shoe tree can also help maintain their shape.
Do these shoes need to be broken in?
Yes. As handmade full-grain leather shoes, a short break-in period is normal. We recommend wearing them for shorter periods initially so the leather can gradually mold to your feet.
Can these shoes be resoled?
Yes. Our Goodyear welt construction is designed to allow resoling, meaning a well-maintained pair can be restored when the outsole eventually wears down.

Vittoré shoes are proudly made in Pakistan. Each pair is handcrafted by skilled leatherworkers using generations of traditional craftsmanship.

How long does delivery take?
Pakistan: Orders are delivered within approximately 5 business days after processing.
International: Orders to the regions listed above generally take approximately 10–12 business days after processing.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept claims within 3 days of delivery for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
A clear unboxing video is required as proof for any claim.
Approved claims are eligible for a replacement rather than a refund.
